HOUSTON: Intuitive African Dance & Drum Culture Rhythmic Movements Class FRIDAYS 7-8:30 pm St. Marks Catholic Church Cottage 3006 Rosedale Release the stress of the work week, come and get your rhythm by combining yoga & pilates exercises with stretch bands culminating in West African dance to live drumming! DANCES FOR UNIVERSAL PEACE Fridays in May at the Unity of Fort Worth, at their lovely new church 5051 Trail Lake( 2 Blocks south of 20 to left), 8:00pm Dayde Brennan, (daydebrennan@netscape.net), Reggie Whitehead have begun a dance circle over at Unity so here goes SW Fort Worth !! This is a new time for us. Of course everyone is invited to come to both or either. In the dance session, we will also be doing some music and poetry.
